The Board of Directors represents the Foundation in and out of court. It consists of three persons appointed by the sponsors in accordance with the statutes. The board is tasked firstly with drawing up a budget ensuring that the assets of the Foundation are managed conscientiously and economically and secondly with signing the agreements necessary for conducting the business of the Foundation. The Board of Directors also makes the final decisions as to how the profits achieved by the business of the Foundation are to be put to use, after which it files the relevant report.

The Board of Directors consists of the following members, who will remain in office until 3 June 2029:

The Foundation has had two managers since 1 January 2025.
The two managers conduct the day-to-day administrative business and bear the sole responsibility for the area assigned to each of them.
